Lios na hAbhainn is a development in Roosky, Roscommon, Ireland. Kapparho Homes, the developer, awarded the project to On Point Branding after a 3 way pitch to undertake all design, print and marketing for the development.
We devised the name and brand identity for the development and created a luxury 32 page brochure, press ads and external signage. We commissioned and art directed the photography for the brochure as well as print management (print and delivery), copywriting, illustration and media buying - including national press and radio campaign.
